Our carriers are measured on a number of levels. Service, reliability, professionalism and attention to detail are among those levels. Our hope is not only to provide you with door-to-door service, but also door-to-door peace of mind.

There is a specific need for shipments in the 7,500 lbs. to 20,000 lbs. range. Many carriers have loads that are not quite full truckloads. Redhawk Transportation works diligently to “match up” these mid-sized shipments for those trucks that are not quite full. There is generally a significant cost savings to moving these loads via a truckload carrier versus an LTL carrier. Other advantages include, in most cases, faster delivery times and, in all cases, reduced handlings thereby lessening the chances for claims.

Redhawk Transportation is fully capable of moving flatbeds throughout the U.S., Canada and Mexico. We can handle regular dimension loads as well as over-sized loads requiring specialized equipment and permits.

Rail service is a rapidly growing option within the shipping industry. Redhawk Transportation is pleased to offer our partners this service alternative to over the road truck service. Intermodal rail service is a combination of truck and rail. It allows you to load 48' or 53' vans and move that shipment via rail. This option serves our customer in two manners: it provides an option for equipment in an ever-shrinking capacity environment and, in most cases, provides a cost savings to over the road truck service. Plus your shipment will travel on regularly scheduled rail service.

Redhawk Transportation has access to 40', 48' and 53' foot ocean containers for domestic movement to the West coast. The steamship lines make special rates available in order to move these containers in a backhaul scenario. This service is equivalent to rail service however the cost savings could be quite significant. These containers are capable of being loaded with up to 44,000 pounds of product.

Redhawk can also pick up ocean containers at a port, load at your facility and return your container to your port of exit. Just provide your booking information and we will do the rest.

Redhawk Transportation has moved over 4,000 loads internationally. Our experience in shipping to both Canada and Mexico makes it very easy to use our service. We will advise you of the necessary paperwork and work with your forwarder to insure fast movement of your shipment through customs.
